CONTEXT RETAINED ✓02 BUILT AS ONE SYSTEM
A customer experience that connects to the operation behind it. Start with the essentials and expand through clearly scoped modules.
Bring the customer journey into the same system that understands the work behind it.
Branded storefronts, product configuration, customer accounts, quotes, artwork upload, checkout, payment, order status, and reorders.
Structured intake, file checks, missing-information requests, proof versions, customer approval, payment state, and production-ready files.
Customer history, saved specifications, status updates, repeat-order paths, follow-up, and standard operational reporting.
03 CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Choose the operating level that fits your shop. Implementation is scoped before work begins, with launch capabilities and later phases made explicit.

OutputLoop adds no percentage to orders. Payment processor and carrier charges remain separate.
Additional active storage is $49 per 1 TB each month. Optional AI usage is metered at provider cost plus 30%, with a shop-controlled monthly cap.
A 12-month initial term is billed monthly. Price is protected for 24 months, then stays 15% below the current annual list rate while service remains continuous.
Prices are USD before tax. Complex data cleanup, unusual migrations, custom development, hardware, and third-party fees are quoted separately. Network setup starts at $9,500; the final fee follows scoping.
04 THE BUSINESS CASE, IN YOUR TERMS
Adjust the assumptions. Separate software cost from the value of time returned to the team. Make a decision on numbers you understand.

Illustrative starting values. This model assumes 22 workdays per month. Labor-capacity value is time available for other work, not cash savings unless staffing spend changes. Estimates exclude tax, processing, carrier charges, optional AI, additional storage, and implementation outside the listed setup. This is a planning model, not a savings guarantee.
05 A DELIBERATE IMPLEMENTATION
Products, people, equipment, and exceptions all shape the system. A guided implementation brings them together before the team depends on it.
Products, options, pricing, equipment, capacity, roles, and exceptions.
Brand, catalog, accounts, customer portal, and checkout.
Payments, accounting, email, storage, shipping, and approved integrations.
Migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live support.
The platform is in development and pilot validation. Product scope, launch timing, phased modules, and implementation commitments are confirmed with each shop before an agreement. Performance results will follow measurement.
06 THE FOUNDING RUN
